Dont upgrade with cell c

Stay far away from cell c. Worst customer service I have expeeienced in a long time. We upgraded our contracts in July and still have not recieved our phones. When you contact customer service they tell you they are putting you through to the delivery department. I have been holding on now for 3 hours and still have not spoken to a consultatant. Now we cant get hold of anybody to cancel the contract.
