Don't trust the lying salesman Mr Siyabonga Miswe and his supervisor Mr. Caleb Tshabalala from Cell C! Incompetancy at it's best

After a finding out that the Sales agent (Mr. Siyabonga Miswe) had **** to me when signing up for a contract I have been in endless to calls to a non-functioning call center that is completely ***********. The back office conforms that sales agent **** to me but promises that the contract department will get hold of me to sort it out... nothing happens. After many calls and being transferred to so many different departments I have come to the conclusion that this company can't be trusted. As soon as I receive a copy of the phone call I will be cancelling my contract with Cell C! Many emails and escalation emails have been written to Mr. Miswe and his supervisor, Mr. Caleb Tshabalala to call me back, the only response I received from them is the following: "Good day Mr Roy I am still waiting for feedback regards to your query so I will call you to give feedback once everything is done" This was on the 15 December 2020... still waiting for resolution
