DONT TRUST CELLC THEY ARE HEARTLESS *******
I made a payment on my contract by Cellc and they proceeded to take another payment which happened on the 28th. I have called them from the 28th 4 times each day and they kept saying they investigating. *** Beginning of the new month they said the finance team has decided to use the credit for the following month and refuses to refund me. I have been requesting a refund for 2 weeks and they just decide to withhold my money when my account was not behind. DONT TRUST CELLC THEY ARE HEARTLESS *******
