Don't trust Cell C I was mistakenly blacklisted by Cell C

I am blacklisted by Cell C, paid up letter was sent to me by Cell C confirming that my account was settled and closed and they will send a request to credit bureau to update my payment profile because they mistakenly blacklisted me while I did not owe them anything cell C cannot be trusted they said on 22 September 2022 I must just wait for 2 to 21 days for my name to be cleared but on 01 November 2022 when I was applying for a loan I was told I can't get it because I am blacklisted when I call cell C I was told there is nothing they can do I have to Google the number for transunion they will assist me so now I have to use my airtime try to sort cell C mistake then I called then they said request from cell C was never received indeed I am still blacklisted. Stay away from cell C company I want to apply for vehicle finance I am not approved I have to wait another 21 days for my profile to be updated
