Don't trust Cell C - C-Fibre to the Home with your hard earned money Please don't make the mistake of trusting Cell C - C-Fibre to the Home. we are up to date with our monthly payments and yet every few days we receive harassing phone calls requesting that we pay outstanding monthly payments. We brought this to the attention of *********** on the 29 Nov 2023 and since then we get an email from them every few days saying that they are allocating our payments for "Service request CF078760" they say "Kindly note,********** is in progress for payment allocations". I mean, i ask you; how can it take 2 months to allocate payments made to them. All "proofs of payment" have been provided to them. If they can't be trusted to do something as simple as accept and allocate payments; how can we trust the service we will receive. Do yourself a favor; don't make the mistake we did!!!!!
