Don't trust Cell C

I am very disappointed at the low level of service I am receiving from Cell C at the moment. Or let me rather say the lack of service... Two months ago they activated Get more on my mothers cell c account without her authorizing of the matter. I then made contact multiple times on her behalf to try and get the matter resolved. She spoke to them as well - Firstly trying to get the product cancelled and secondly trying top get her money refunded. Up to date we have still not gotten any joy in this matter. Cell C are ****** and *****s who just want to do as they feel fit.
