DONT TRUST CELL C

<p>Am so flabbagasted by Cell C service. It keeps getting more pathetic. I called them for a new contract, which will be the 3rd between my husband and I. Firstly on the day they promised delivery of the phone they delivered only a data sim card. When I called they told me the voice sim card will be delivered with the new phone. My issue was that we never discussed 2 seperate sim cards so why the suprise. They said they will pick it up. Still waiting! Now my phone came and its a wrong phone. When my husband phoned them they said no its what we ordered. Bull! How can it be what we ordered because the plan they gave me is not on the phone they delivered and claiming I choose. They are forcing a wrong phone on me. Please check your facts I have a plan that doesnt match the phone. We wanted to just cancel this whole nightmare but my issue is that I ported to Cell C with this new phone. So because of that am stuck with a wrong phone and my number is not working because I have been ported since the arrival of this new phone. So am forced to use their pathetic sim and network. Now they are saying the will come collet the phone but cannot say whan I will get the right phone because the need to send it to the technicians for testing. This flippin phone is still in a box. I did not open it. Please cancel this contract ASAP. I will take my money to professionals.</p>
