This is the last mail before going to the media / legal route . As you can see from the below mail and many ref numbers which I shall list now every month twice a month if not more .. I have been trying to resolve my cancelled contract ? Which was never signed in the first place. .. THE UPGRADE NEVER WORKED.. Let me say again ...IT NEVER WORKED . IT NEVER WORKED ..IT NEVER, EVER, WORKED.. NOT EVEN ONCE.. IT WAS NOT THE ROUTE, IT WAS NOT THE ROUTE..IT WAS NEVER THE ROUTE.

REF, ***,***,***,***,***,***,***,***, ***,***,***..AND I AM SURE THERE ARE MORE... I have been on the Phone A DOZEN TIMEs , I have visited the Cell C shop twice.. It never worked after the upgrade. You were to send someone to pick up.. But do not forget I paid the first month in advance so in fact you owe me money. This is now a year down the road.!!!!!!!!!!! And you keep debiting my account , And I keep sending back Contract cancelled.

I have heard nothing regarding my request 19 th and since 30/4 no connection/ I am going to cancel the contract due to non performance.
