Dont pay back my money!!

Please can some one assist and help Cell C to do there work. This is now almost 2 months that my claim is not paid, the one more useless than the other. I paid and they took money aswell they promis the end of october and took double, my account is in credit, why take an installment. Now they do not give me back my money!!, According to the lady at customer care they do not have a billing, accounts or anything like that department to speak to me, pathetic, PLEASE ASSIST CELL C IF YOU CAN!!! IN THE YEARS BEING WITH CELL C I DID NOT EXPERIENCE THIS, REALLY!!!!!!
