DON'T OPT FOR CELL C!!!!!

Never ever have I had to struggle like this with Cell C. The level of service is shocking!!!! I made a payment on the 16th of October till today the 6th of November my payment hasn't been allocated to the correct account holder! I've emailed so many proof of payments to different email address, 3 weeks later nothing has been done!!! I've called in numerous times, spoken to several consultants and nothing has been done yet they keep sending me mails that my account is in arrears and they want to debit more than the initial amount! I will not recommend Cell C to anyone! I will make sure that I make people aware of your services and how bad they are!!! Fix my account now!!! I'm tired of wasting my time and airtime calling you guys without any success!!!
