Dont open contract with cell c if you dnt want headache

If you consider have contract with cell c i will advise stay away from them. I called Cell C to cancel contract in august and contract was cancel after my month to month contract increased from R149 to R300 something. September i reverse debt order as my contract was suppose to end . October 1st i send email to customers services to cancel the contract again there was no responses. On 12 october i was told to go and pay the R329 i have reverse they will cancel the contract and i did still no cancelation. 21 November i went to cell c store to cancel the contract , it was canceled as per call with consultant. 1st Dec i received benefit, i call cell c retention department they telling me the contract will be cancel on 23rd December and consultant called Palesa/Precious just drop me with phone call. I tell them to reverse this benefit bcz i dnt want it. I am paying R349 for 10gig yet i pay R300 for 100gig at mtn . Your consultant are sooo rude and busy forcing people to keep contract.
