Don't know who to blame

Hi , I have a complaint. I kept putting data into my cell phone and it kept disappearing. I have a pay as you go account with cell C. Eventually, after a month or 2, I went to cell C and queried it. They found I was paying subscriptions to a whole lot of sites. I have NEVER EVER joined any subscription in my life, and CERTAINLY don't look at **** on my cell. If I did- ha ha- it would have been on my computer. I don't do gaming or anything on my cell.Cell C said they could not give me a list of my calls as I am only Pay as u go??? Is that correct. I want my money back from all these subscription sites and it should be ******* for them to ***** my money. they never got any consent to make me a subscriber. Their numbers are unreacheable. Please advise me. There were subscriptions for R70 per day, R30 per day etc. Can I get this money back? Sms STOP KKG tp 4432. I can swear I have not subscibed to any site. Apparently some are uncoshure sites. I don't have a boyfriend or kids and have a pattern password that nobody knows so believe this is *****. The only place I could imagine could have got into my account is a cell phone repair shop in Grey Street Durban, and I doubt that. I am not writing with negative emotion but believe this is ***** and ****************. I am so poor and want my money back. I don't know if cell C is to blame , not being able to give me a rundown of my data expenses over the last few months or these sites. Please can you blacklist these subscription sites. I tried calling. No answer or numbers don't exist. I don't see why I should have to waste my time and data all day replying STOP to these smses or trying to call their numbers . I did not do that. How dare they put me on subscriptions without my consent. Can you please help me in any way? Advice or blacklisting them Cell C said I must not charge my cell for 4 days! I can't do that. I will lose work. I need my cell. Why should I have to inconvenience my life for these rogues? And how do I make sure this never happens again. I really need help. Thank- you kindly for your time .
