Don't keep what we arrange

Anyone having a cell c contract please read your emails. I called to request to pay my account via atm and they sent me an account to pay into. What angries me is they keep going to my bank to debit money while I did arrange with them. I've been a loyal customer to them. I wouldn't refer any one to them. Now I have overdue to pay even more than my bill.
