DONT JOIN CELL C- THEY WILL TRAP YOU AFTER YOUR 24months IS COMPLETE.

Unable to cancel my contract expiring on the 24 month mark. I have contacted ***- They just respond that they are unable to reach me. I gave them my 2x Cell C numbers and a land line number. They say- they were unable to reach me on all these numbers while im holding the device infront of me.

When I call the number they give me- the customer care consultant transfers the call to deliveries, who transfers the call to - call ended. Call again, agent transfers the call to- call ends, call again, transferred 3 times, with security checks each time- 4th transfer- ends call. This is happening on my landline so there is no network issue.

This all seems on par with "we were unable to reach you". The truth is no one is trying to reach me. I didn't even get the SMS that someone has tried to contact me. CELL C is just making it impossible to cancel my contract because it has completed its 24 months.

So now, im going to cancel all my contracts.
