DON"T INSURE WITH HOLLARD INSURANCE used by CellC for their devices
Ufortunately CellC uses this company for the insurance of their devices.
They are incapable of processing cancellation requests. I've been struggling to cancel a device inusrance since 26 February 2025 and instead of just giving the good customer service I deserve, they now passed a debit order.
This is not the first time I had a bad experience with Hollard Insurance and that is the ONLY reason why I cancelled my device insurance.
