Dont help youve done enough just cancel let me go

Ive neen with cell c for 4 years in my four years the only thing keeping me with them is polite staff and cheap data. The data speed lately rarely reaches 1mbps, my downloads keep failing or the percentage halfs and then fails. I cant access my emails i dont get calls just messages advising ive missed them. The staff i spoke to (about 5 times) every one had a different solution and none worked. Its taken me about 2 hours to get on here and probably another half an hour to post this. Please cancel my contract i beg of you its frustrating im paying for services i can barely use.
