Don't go with Cell C Fibre (Cell C is the new TELKOM, but with even worse service)

I was sold C-Fibre in October 2018. At the time of the order I paid a once off refundable fee of R907 to payfast to secure my order which was supposed to be returned to my account but never was. I was also sold a package which included 3 months free, free installation and free router but they have been debiting me since installation and never honored the 3 months free. This has caused numerous other debits orders to bounce because they have been debiting from my account without my knowledge, from the very same payfast details i entered to "secure my order" instead of using a regular debit order on my specified date of the 1st of every month. I never gave them permission to do this. Every time I phone them I have to speak to yet another agent who cannot seem to find the details of my query on the system or my account. I get handed from person to person, I have complained on every social platform about their service or lack thereof. I have had no resolution in three months. I am stuck in a contract I never signed somehow. Please don't make the same mistake by signing up with cell c.
