DON'T GO WITH CELL C!!

I had on going issues with Cellc since 2021. I was retrenched and a few months later i thought i would cancel my contract and pay ity in full. I didn't want to worry over a debit order while being unemployed.

Fine... I pay it. Then a few months later i find out i have been in arrears with cellc for a few months and i was not notified until a potential employer did a credit check. I had fights with them as i was told the amount i paid was the only amount.. Okay I then paid the last amount according to cellc. Even get a paid up letter. I was reassured that it will be taken off the Itc within a few weeks. More then 6 months later. It shows on my Credit profile that i am in arrears with cellc and haven't been paying.. Imagine how it affected my credit profile in such a negative way once again. PLEASE BARE IN MIND I HAVE BEEN WITH CELL C SINCE 2009.MY VERY FIRST CONTRACT FONE!

I told Cellc im taking them further. I have all the proof of our conversations.

Please Dont go with cellc.
