DONT GO WITH CELL C

<p>I changed my cellphone contract to a modem contract and since receiiving the modem the sim card hasnt worked. Ive called Cell c endless times without any assistance. It has been about 6 months that ive had this modem and they finally sent me a new sim which also doesnt work because they deactivated my contract as the sim wasnt in use for 6 months. The person who assisted me advised i need to go to a cell c store and they will sort it out there. I am unhappy with the lack of customer service Cell C offers as they wont assist me but they take a chunk of my money every month even though they could see the sim was never in use.</p>
