DON'T EVER TAKE OUT A CONTRACT WITH THEM

Useless customer service. Very *********** agents. I've been chasing a payment allocation since Feb 6. Today is June 9. Some of the agents even say "there is nothing we can do". What's worse is the ref number for the payment was given to be buy their store agents.

My credit score is suffering because of them. Even now, they haven't fixed my issue. I just wanna close my contract and be done with them. Useless!!
