DON'T EVER TAKE A CONTRACT WITH CELL C, THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN SOUTH AFRICA, ACTUALLY THE WORLD.
My best advice to any who wants to take out a contract with Cell C ,dont do it you will regret the day you sign the contract,they dont explain the contract only when its convenient for them to benefits.
sad part of it all is that you only have one date to cancel the contract otherwise you either charged a cancellation or charged a month ahead,their retentions team is useless.
they say i had to called on the 15th of April 2021 as that is 30 days prior to my contract ending,believe you me they will not tell you this until you want to cancel your contract so in actuality they want to take another month from their clients that have been loyal for 2 years without one debit order being missed,now I have to Pay R509 to cancel a contract that has ended on the 15/05/2021.

Referring to the subscriber agreement terms and conditions you are required to provide a 30 days cancellation notice to have your contract cancelled. Should you not do so your contract continues on a month to months basis.
