Don't ever subscribe to Cell C you will regret it bruh.

Don't ever opt for Cellc. You will regret it. I have been trying to cancel my contracts that has passed 24 months to no avail. I've made several instructions to cancel the contracts in the last year. They deduct +- R600 for a measly 15gb day and 15gb night in total without my permission -actually I've canceled several times. The customer service/retentions department are so rude and unhelpful. They love to drop the phone while you are talking, this was done several times. I keep telling them that why should I still serve the 30 days notice because I have phoned in so many times to cancel. Even the managers don't call back with feedback. I am so utterly disturbed with this treatment from cellc. Even if their data can be the cheapest or fastest I will never again subscribe to cellc because they operate in a underhanded way. There is zero customer service and accountability. The agents are infuriating with their bad attitude and poor manners. Work ethic is on another level of lacking. Even the managers portray the same behaviour and its really pathetic. I can't believe they do this. Its unacceptable that they do not cancel thre contracts after I have asked them to so many times. Don't fall for it. I promise you will regret it.
