Dont ever get hooked into a Cell C contract!

Cell C are easily the most useless company in South Africa. I regret the day I ever took out a Wifi Contract with them. Being constantly harassed by their automated calling system, that immediately puts you on hold if you answer. Word of advice here, if you are going to call your customer base, make sure there is somebody on the line when I answer my phone, have some respect. Which brought me to cancel as I will not deal with an organisation that operates like this. Cancelling even worse, I was told to pay a cancellation fee, which I paid immediately. I then called back to confirm my account has been cancelled, as was advised again that I have to pay another cancellation fee, which I paid immediately. I called back AGAIN to ensure my contract is cancelled, and was advised there is now ANOTHER CANCELLATION FEE! I honestly believe you are thumb sucking these amounts, and will never deal with this useless organisation again. Maybe educate your staff, so they have the ability to explain what these amounts are for, and how they even get to these amounts. It's crazy now the call centre agents are blaming previous call centre agents, and I find it disgusting that Cell C dont even know what is going on with their own business. Have a nice life, I will never promote or deal with Cell C ever again.
