Don't do business with Cell

Cell C debited money from my account when i have already made payments and sent proof of payment.Cell C is sly!! they wait to deduct money from my account when all call centers are closed so i don't complain that these ******** debit orders.

I have sent proof of payment on the 14th december to a lady called *** and i have contacted them many times after that. i want too speak too someone now. im tired of sending proof of payments when NOTHING is being done.

Dear Siphamandla, 

Kindly be advised that in order for us to assist we need a valid proof of payment.

A valid proof of payment needs to be a document from the bank which indicates the payer's: - Bank name - Branch code - Account number - Payment reference used - The amount paid to the recipient  The bank statement you have supp**** is missing some of the above-mentioned details.

I sent a bank statement dated 13 December 2022. All the above mentioned had all those details. I even specified in the email that they must refer to page 2 of the document too see that the payment was debited from my account by CELL C!!!!! I sent the document to *** on 14 December. DO NOT SAY NONE OF THE ABOVE IS NOT THERE BECAUSE IT IS!!!!!

The bank statements you provided we have received but do not show what we require. 

We need to see the reference number that was used , the account number it was paid into, the amount and the date.

The Bank statement dated 13 December shows that CELL C debited the amount from MY ACCOUNT!!!! Page 2 of the document. Ref Number is :Cell C *** I***.

As we had advised we require your Proof Of Payment and not your bank statement.

A valid proof of payment needs to be a document from the bank which indicates the payer's: - Bank name - Branch code - Account number - Payment reference used - The amount paid to the recipient  The bank statement you have supp**** is missing some of the above-mentioned details.

the amount was deducted from my account. i provided a statement because thats where the proof of payment is. i did not physically pay the amount. what does debited mean kanti?
