Don't care about disabled me!!!

We have a Cell C data contract we received a LTE router and our contract is 100G a month. Early April our router stopped working the light remains red, I tried all the reset options, reboot, sim the works still no luck. I tried the call centre option no luck. I went via social media massaging and got a response that someone will cal me to assist. It never happened month end came ans gone and sue to Cell C no carry over policy I lost 80G last.month. I went to the Cell c shop at our local mall and was told I will have to buy a new Router R2000 serious. Went back to the social media massaging and they instantly recognised me and could not beleive my problem was not resolved. Promised me someone will call and assist well tjis repeated itself and promised again and again and still no joy. We are heading for another month end ans due to lose another 100G that will be 180G over 2 months and I still have a Router not working. Cell C I want you to know that I am a disabled person who spends most of my time at home and we got the contract exactly for the purpose for me to utilize it to keep me busy and the kids for school projects. I am ai disappointed in Cell C it aint funny. I need someone just one to assist us gettjng this sorted asap.
