Dont buy IPhone if you using CellC

upgraded my phone to an IPhone and now my Whasap data stopped working have to contently buy 100mb daily and its costing me a lot of money ... I call them every week and they tell me there is an issue with Iphone8 and whatapp data.. when will this ever be fixed ? its been 3 weeks now

I wish i never renewed my contract.

But why do we have to be financially inconvenienced while this problems is been sorted? why cant we be compensated with data in the mean time while this is being sorted? This is truly a financial inconvenience and i see the "i dont care attitude" from cellc .
