Don't buy Cell C data!!!!
Do not buy data with Cell C!!!!
I bought 40 gbt of data on the 7th of Jan which is once off data for 30 days, and then 50 gbt of data on the 9th of Jan, which is a 6 months data plan. This amount of data normally lasts me 60 days!!!! On the 11th of Jan suddenly I couldn't use my data. I checked my balance and it said I had 80 gbt of data.
I called Cell C on the 13th and asked them to assist me. They said I have nighttime data. I told the consultant that is not possible I bought all time data. He said that he would log a complaint & they would get back to me in 24 hours. 24 hours later I contacted them again as I still could not use my data as day time or night time data. They said the agent is wrong it takes 48 hours to repair. I waited up until Monday and still nothing. I called in and asked for the super visor, the super visor said this should've been resolved already and I should get my data back. Yesterday I called again as there was still nothing. I spoke to ANOTHER super visor who said he would inspect the situation and still nothing!
Over a week and I cannot use my data!!!! Cell C - give me my blady data back or the money I spent which is over R1 000!!!!! I am not purchasing more and you ***** my money and data!!!!!

As I told your consultant on the call - I AM NOT waiting for cell c to do a “data-validation” bull**** process again!!!!!!!!! Your process does not take up to 48 hours, it takes a week and a half!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Give me my data, or give me my money. As I told your agent, you have until today, if you do not do this, simple, I am taking cell c to small claims court for ***** and theft!!!!

It is only after this report has been issued that we can be able to refund the data if the usage is invalid.
