Don't buy Cell C anything. It will end in tears!!!

Cell C automatically deactivated my Sim card. They did this without even warning me because they believe that I'm not using it enough. I get calls on that Sim card daily and now I'm struggling with my business because of this inconvenience. Then on top of it all, when I'm trying to get assistance, the agent is so cheeky. Making it out as if I'm the one in the wrong, when Cell C is the one who doesn't even put out warning SMS's for customers to know if there is plans to swith off their Sim card. How can Cell a send me SMS for all these deals regularly but not when it comes to something like this?

What poor service. Because this is my business number, now I have to try and resolve this but rest assured I will be switching to Mtn now. Will never deal with Cell C again.
