I literally cannot begin to describe how impersonal and uncooperative cell c has been while under their service. Their customer care is useless with zero apt response other than error stricken robots. I have never been a part of such an inefficient system. We've struggled with terrible wifi since they set it up and after years of trying to get it in a basic functioning condition condition is appalling.
