Don't want to repair

On 18 Aug I took my Samsung S4 in to the Potchefstroom Branch (See previous Complaint) Swollen battery, Samsung did not repair it cause there is no warranty agreement between Samsung and Cell C, i saw an article on the internet where it was stated that Samsung has made an agreement to the service providers on replacing the batteries. I asked for the phone to be send back, not going to pay over R 900 for a replacement battery. I used the phone on occasions with the faulty battery just need to recharge more often. On the 22 of October i used the phone while on charge when it died on me. I took the phone in to Cell C once again on 26 Oct, the outcome after i had to go to the branch on 16 Nov to find out what is going on i was told that there is a cost of more than R 2000 for replacing the screen. There is no physical damage. i did not notice any cracks as the phone had a screen protector on. On inspection on 26 Oct after removing the film the consultant noticed 2 small cracks on the side of the screen. I doubt that the cracks is the cause of problem as the phone become very hot when i used it. Now i need to pay for repairs on an inferior product, no thank you will change my contract
