DON'T TAKE OUT CELL C CONTRACTS OR YOU WILL REGRET

<p>I took out a Cell C contract (Router) in September 2015. In in September 2016 I requested contract cancellation because Cell C had a 100GB for R1000 that lasts for a year. Upon my request to cancel my contract I was told to pay R412.00 which I paid on the 21st Sepetember 2016, I then called them and the lady I spoke to said the R412.00 is reflecting on their system and i said Please on the 30 September 2016 move me to prepaid which she did. On the 30 September I was debited R194.00 for the September data. </p> <p>Hooray my contract is cancelled I went and bought the 100GB Cell C for R1000 ( Wow Faithful Customer indeed)</p> <p> </p> <p>01 November 2016 Cell C has debited my account R412.00 WHY???? I dont owe them.</p> <p>I call them the lady said sorry we will refund you or please go to the bank and reverse it, and I did exactly that.</p> <p> </p> <p>26 Novemeber 2016 Cell C debited my account R195.50 WHAT FOR ????</p> <p>i call them the 1st guy I spoke with has no clue, I call again the lady i spoke to says she doesnt know why I was charged because I do not have a contract and I do not owe. She logged a case for me Case No: ********** 108 on the 26 Nov and said i will be called in two working days. Its now Thursday 01 December No call, No SMS all they are good at is debiting peoples accounts, I asked the lady I called for my September call records DOLOLO.... ****py Cell C dont take out their contracts.</p> <p> </p>
