Don't respond on their customer services email

I've emailed Cell C twice on [Email Removed] But they don't respond. I'm out of the country and consequently have not called on the usual 084140..... They really need to check and respond to their emails. First email was sent on 03/02/2015 and the second one was sent yesterday. <br> <br> I really need them to get back to me so i can sort out my account. I'm hoping they will take note of public forums more than they do their own mail boxes.
