Don't opt for Cell C

<p>A few months ago my sons partner took out a contract with Cell C, My Sons phone was ******, when she phoned cell c they told her it was not a problem all they needed to replace it was the docket number, which she gladly gave them. Upon contacting after no response suddenly she was told that she was not covered for theft, I asked her for a copy of her contract, because when she took out the contract they told her the insurance was included. However cell c has yet to date to send the contract to her , she has spoken to disephatso, maikizo, mikal, phetho, rifmel, reamog and Zirali at their offices which all assure her that it will be emailed. Is this not in breach of the consumer act!!!! I'm sure however that should she not pay they will quickly produce a contract, in the meantime what is happening with a replacement phone.</p>
