Don't konw their deals & Connection

I am verry dissapointed in cellc! They offer the Giga20 for R99, when i find out more the consultants did not know and if they say something then it was only on a open package. Well i have a topup that must be upgraded, so why is the topup not included, as i recall that was a topup and only top up package for R199. Cellc tells how good the lte is but let me tell you that since lte were launched my connection is not as good as it were, the connection would be \dead\" for a few minutes and then active again. i am a loyal customer and this is what we get!! this is unprofessional and unacceptable!"
