Don't Know What Going on in The Company

<p>How do you charge a person for a phone that was cancelled and never recieved, 4 months down the you the line tell you haven't paid your account. I went to Cell C and informed them of the problem as my contract ended they tried selling a new one with a certain Phone, which I was contacted the next to say that the phone out of stock, so I cancelled the new contract. I was informed to send a cancellation letter and proof of payment of last installment, which I did at Cell C in Shelly Beach WITH THE MANAGER and they would cancel the interest. Now I have the Debt Collecting Company Phoning for my Ex- Girlfriend name on my Account for the old contract, After 5 Years. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON IN YOUR ****** COMPANY. </p>
