Don't keep to their word.

Hi <br> <br> I have been due for a upgrade for awhile but chose to wait for the Samsung S6 knowing there would be a large amount of people doing this i went onto your website to pre order. <br> <br> The deal i pre ordered was the 579 for the S6 with the free wireless charger as i was pre ordering for the opening weekend a Samsung S6 phone cover was supposed to be included as well. After calling the very under trained cell c team for over a week several times a day i finally got my phone delivered to me.<br> <br> I called the next day as there was no phone cover not only did i not receive the cover but the staff at cell c did not even know i had my received my phone. Once i had convinced them i received my phone i continued to explain that i had not received a cover i got passed from follow up to upgrades to customer services back to each of them stating neither of them deal with that. I was also hung up on tice by the same gentlemen in the upgrades department.<br> <br>
