don't honour there deals

<p>When I was at the Cellc Store at the Glen Mall, I was looking at upgrades for my contract.</p> <p>there agent showed me the upgrade packages and explained on the Pinnicale 100 you get double the value of the package and also a promotional data gift of 50 gig data to use in 3 months.</p> <p>I did the upgrade which was due to become effective on the 1st March. The upgrade went through but the 50 gigs promotional data was not loaded.</p> <p>I enquired as to when the data will be loaded only to be told that the package I received did not qualify for the promotion.This is not what was explained to me on acceptance of the contract.</p> <p> </p>
