Don't get your CellC phone ******!!

My son's phone got ******. Phoned the call centre to try to block it. I had IMEI no., all the SIM nos, etc. No, they have to ask me security questions ... who did you phone over the last period? - How am I supposed to know who my son phoned? When on what DAY you last recharge? - not good enough to say in the last 2 weeks and give the amount. They were not prepared to block the phone & hung up on me. Twice!
