Don't even bother

Bought a pre-paid simcard yesterday. Loaded money on the simcard via Cell C website to test it out. Whenever I phone the Cell C number from my other phone,I get a voice saying \ the number you have dialed is incorrect'' . I am able to send and receive text messages and Whatsapp messages to and from the Cell C number and I can make outgoing calls. Whenever I dial the Cell C number
