Don't choose Cell C

I app**** for new contract on cell c because had problems with Vodacom. So i moved to Cell c. Yesterday when a phoned around 10, the guy sad my contract is aproved and van expect delivery on Thursday. This moring a phoned to confirm that the order will be here today. A lady sad to me my contract is not aproved yet. They will let me know. 5min later she call me back and sad its now aproved. They will confirm delivery later today. That contract was supposed to be delivered today. All what is say to me Cell C don't have a idea what is going on. If i straggel like this and don't have my contract yet how its going to be for the next 2 years. I want answer today.
