Don't care attitudes

<p>I moved to cell c 2 years ago as they offered the best deals and best prices. I'm due for my upgrade now and their prices are ridiculous! When I went into cell c yesterday 8 September, I was met by a team of people who sat around chatting and laughing while I stood there waiting for assistance. Finally when I got helped I was greeted with a what's up! I am a customer not their friend. When I asked if they could try put a better deal together for me I was told in a careless attitude that there is nothing he can do. And when I asked why are they so much more expensive then any other network he said I can't tell you anything else. Along with this attitude when I was talking to him he was talking over to another guy who needed help while the manager just stood around. I then said I cant pay these prices for such a little deal package and i really don't want to have to change contracts and he just said "well you gotta do what you gotta do" my jaw dropped and I walked out absolutely furious. It seems cell c wins you over with their great deals and then they just take advantage! They getting a little ahead of themselves!! Tired of the pathetic service in this country!!</p>
