Don't care about customers

<p>It now 3 weeks that I have been reporting a download and upload speed problem with my Lte router.<br />To date there is no resolution.<br />A Social Media Consultant by the name of Moses Mo***eng promised he would resolve all my Cell C problems.<br />Firstly, I've heard nothing in terms of a solution from him.I have sent him regular feedback on the status of my problem and get NOTHING back from him.<br />Secondly, after logging another HelloPeter complaint he came back to me to say he had no feedback. Really helpful!!<br />Appears to be the usual Cell C "I don't give a damn" about customers response and handling of this problem.<br />I've even told him we should rather cancel my account and get NOTHING back from him!!!!!!!<br /> <br />19/12/16<br />Today Moses tell me that the network dept checked and there is nothing wrong. However if you check the attached screen shot you'll see I'm getting download speeds in the one point something!!!!!<br />How in the name of all that is holy can there NOT be a problem here???????????</p>
