Don't be duped by Cell C and Finrite!

Beware of the Finrite policies offered by Cell C to customers to insure mobile devices. They recommend these insurance policies as if they are Cell C's. Thry claim they are comprehensive policies and they quickly sign you up instore. Then you are on your own. Try to claim, try to contact the insurer, they won't even answer the call sometimes after making you hold for upwards of half an hour! I took out such a policy only to have Cell C distance themselves when I had trouble contacting Finrite and making a claim. Cell C should not use their premises to deceive customers. You expect a large company like Cell C to be reputable and trustworthy and so you are mislead into a false sense of security when they market insurance to you. The premium is quite high, but they claim the policy is fully comprehensive and hassle free. Cell C's business partners at Finrite are evasive, rude and even insulting. They receive premiums, and then avoid settling claims as a rule until you fight it, then they ignore you and pass you from department to department until you go away. Is it right for Cell C to dupe their customers with this *****ulant activity?
