DON NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! THEY DONT WANT YOUR BUSINESS

I have spent over 6 Grand with this company this year alone.

They don't return calls, nobody listens to me and I haven't received what I paid for. When you do get through your consultants sound dead and rude. they make promises they can't keep.

I put a review up on HelloPeter a few days ago and they responded they promised to give me feedback but nothing. (EVEN AFTER SOMEBODY AT THE HEAD OFFICE PROMISED TO CALL ME BACK WITH FEEDBACK)

I have to call in again on a borrowed phone because (Cell C has mine).

I have never been spoken to by a service provider in such a manner before. all I want is the opportunity to discuss the misconduct and nobody wants to let me speak to a manager or supervisor.

A consultant in the repair department tells me that a supervisor will call me today. let's see, I will update everyone on the progress here I can bet that they won't call me!

YOU GUYS ARE GREAT AT SIGNING YOUR CUSTOMERS UP BUT DONT GIVE A **** ABOUT THE SERVICE YOU PROVIDE. IM GOING TO EXPOSE IT. FEEDBACK AND COMMUNICATION IS IMPORTANT.
