Doing whats best for the customer

I think it only fair that when some delivers an above average service we should acknowledge them for a job well done. Few weeks ago I was due an upgrade and knew very little about my options available, pricing and handsets. Anton assisted me by not asking me how much money I was willing to spend every month on a contract but rather asked me about my needs and wants linked to the contract. He the advised me on a package and handset that would benefit both me and my family - the same time he saved me quite a few rands. He was not after my money but rather after my wellbeing. All that being said I took additional data on both my packages purely because I trusted him. I can now say that even though the Cell C network may not be the greatest - I will remain a loyal client and pay my account on time because of the way I was treated. I hope his manager / Cell C Corporate are aware of the quality of staff member they have at their Tygervalley Branch - Well Done Anton!
