Doggy, *********** & Dishonest Service

<p>I've been with Cell C for the past 8 years but resently being very unhappy with their service. for the past 5 months i've been paying for stuff that i've never agreed on my package went up by 35% due to some extra activities that where included without my concern & i never used the services it took them months to finally remove them from my package. and another nightmare started yesterday when i got debited an amount that suppose to be for the old package i then called them to ask why i got charged while i was told that end of August will be for free and i will start paying the new contract package from end of September 2016, nobody seems to know whats going on with my account they all mention different amount & stories that i have to be charged others like the supervisor i spoke to last week confirmed that i dont have to pay to my suprise my account was debited last night for the same amount that i used to pay for my old package. i really regret not cancelling my contract with CELL C when it expired end of July now i live to regret it and dealing with this constant nighmare. i'm intending to cancel my contract and make sure that my family, friends & collegues does the same i refuse to deal with *********** & dishonest service provider.
