does the legal team exist?

I’ve been trying to reach your legal team since the 22/12/2017 to make the necessary payment arrangements as I have started working again with no success. I am transferred via the 140 number to the legal team, put on hold for over 2 hours with no answer. Does the Legal Team exist? Is there anyone working there? Or should I escalate the matter to the CEO as it seems like this is the only time anyone responds.

I also would like my cell number to be reissued to me on a prepaid basis ( ********** 635)
