Does the Cell C legal department exist???
I lost my job a few years ago and couldn't pay my contract. I've called the Cell C customer service on numerous occasions and none of the agents could transfer me to the legal department so I could make arrangements to pay. . I've been blacklisted for R16000 , I can't even open a clothing account. Please get someone to call ASAP!!!!! I need that negative rating removed form my credit report.
