does not want to fix my phone that is still under

Cell C BAD service<br> <br> The charge port in my phone (BBerry 9720) became loose so i could not charge it. I took a tweezer to try and hold it still so that i could get the charger in. It did not work. Now cell c does not want to fix my phone because there is outer damage as they say. The phone is only 16 months old and still under contract. The speaker was also broken. I had to put it on loud speaker to answer it. I did not break the phone!!! The charge port came loose by itself so i feel they must fix it
