does not keep promises

I have recently taken out a new with Cell C and per the consultant I was assured that I will receive my package today. I called Cell C and the consultant told me that the parcel has been handed over to the courier but according to the courier it was not handed over and therefore the delivery cannot take place today as promised and I will only receive my parcel on Monday even after stressing how urgent this needed to be delivered.<br> <br>
